I am a licensed Psychologist in Texas and Colorado. My skill set stems from a combination of education, specialized training, and experience. You can trust that I will utilize evidence-based strategies (strategies shown to be effective through research) for evaluations and treatment to ensure you are provided quality care. 

I adapt my therapeutic approach to meet the needs of my clients; however, my main therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I’ve received extensive training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy including Supervision from experts in the field, didactic training, and graduate course work. I also have extensive training and experience with Neurodevelopmental Evaluations of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disorder, and Intellectual Developmental Disorder.

  • I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shields (PPO & HMO plans) and Medicare. I am happy to provide the necessary paperwork for seeking reimbursement from all other Insurance companies.

  • Yes, all major credit cards and HSA cards are accepted. Checks are also an accepted form of payment.

  • Telepsychology/Telehealth and in-person sessions are offered. Psychological evaluations are conducted in-person.

  • Currently, these therapies are not offered, but hoping to have this service available in the near future.

  • I provide individual therapy for depression, anxiety, and stress-related disorders for children, adolescents, and adults. I provide social skills training for any teen who demonstrate a need to strengthen interpersonal skills. However, adolescents with diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or ADHD often need this skills training. I provide cognitive training for anyone struggling with inattention. I provide psychological evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Learning Disorders, Intellectual Developmental Disorder.
